Payment Methods

Cash Payment

Cash payment is available when collecting an order from our office in Tallinn.

Bank Transfer

Pay by bank transfer based on an invoice issued by T&L Group OÜ.

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders Placed Before 13:00

In-stock products ordered before 13:00 are dispatched on the same business day.

Orders Placed After 13:00

In-stock products ordered after 13:00 are dispatched on the next business day.

Products Not in Stock

If a product is unavailable, we will email you the estimated delivery time as soon as possible.

Warranty and Quality

All products are supplied in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and our sales terms.

If a product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us. We will assess the case and arrange repair, replacement or another appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions.
